Careful, this may be banned in your school.

Until the President's address to school children is available via live stream on Tuesday, please watch this very short PSA (Public Service Announcement, featuring various NASCAR drivers, which I found on the official White House web page promoting the Tuesday speech. Why do you think this video is featured?

This is only my opinion, but I think the reason the white house chose NASCAR to promote education is that it is very popular in the south; a place where Obama is not. This message gives American Icons for NASCAR fans who love the sport and might not like Obama. This way, the white house can reach its Obama supporters when Obama speaks, and also hopefully reach a part of the opposing side by appealing to their likes.
